Helpful gp practice with convenient nhs app

Quite good. The medical staff are compassionate and actually listen to patients without being dismissive or talking down to them. I suggest utilizing the NHS app for early appointment booking (be flexible with available doctors as their schedules differ). Prescription renewals can't be done via telephone, so you'll need to visit in person, contact your designated pharmacy to submit a request, or use the NHS app, which I highly recommend. The front desk staff are decent from my experience, but mornings are extremely hectic, so I advise waiting until around midday to make phone calls. Most inquiries and requests can be submitted through email or the NHS app if calling reception isn't convenient for you. As someone who experiences anxiety, I prefer avoiding phone interactions, so I rely on the app for GP-related matters and typically receive quick responses, usually within a day or two. Referral processing is notably slow, though this seems to be a broader systemic issue, and you can still request status updates through the app.
