Helpful staff but confusing navigation and reception

I am satisfied that I can successfully book appointments, and the clinical staff have been top-notch. Nevertheless, while waiting in the reception area, I observed insufficient directional signage to guide patients to their respective clinic rooms. One non-native English speaker appeared particularly challenged in finding their way, as the existing signs are quite diminutive. I personally experienced difficulty navigating to the correct clinic rooms. Furthermore, the reception area lacks adequate staffing presence. The personnel are seated low behind a barrier, which does not foster a particularly inviting environment. One window displayed a directive for patients to proceed to the next window, while another bore a message reading, "Please do not tap the glass." Despite this, staff were slow to acknowledge patients with queries. They visibly observed patients becoming disoriented but made no effort to assist, leaving me to intervene and help. I believe this area requires significant improvement to enhance the overall patient experience. Apart from these concerns, my visit was generally satisfactory.
