Highgrove surgery fails patients with poor service

Administrative personnel display an appalling lack of professionalism, demonstrating rudeness and zero helpfulness during our recent interaction (08/01/18 @ 9am) - and they've scheduled the next available appointments at the end of January, essentially suggesting I should remain unwell until then!!!! Highgrove has completely deteriorated!! It was exceptional before relocating to Upney Lane - they urgently need to restructure their appointment system and return to their previous booking method on Highgrove Road. They must recruit new courteous, empathetic receptionists and nursing staff. As a taxpaying citizen, I shouldn't be subjected to excessive waiting times for medical attention. Perhaps I'll need to start booking monthly appointments preemptively in case of illness. This medical practice has devolved into an absolute farce. Profoundly dissatisfied patient.
