Horrendous attitude to disabled

I am in the unfortunate position of having to take controlled pain meds for chronic daily pain in the form of (low dose ) patches due to multiple disabling health conditions. I have managed after years of being stuck in due to covid ( in the EV category) booked a special accessible holiday to a small island in Malaysia. As a three week trip I had to order my meds early. I was told by a very curt pharmacist that I would have to source them whilst I was away , as they can’t give ever two months worth at once ! Ok so I’m in the middle of a rainforest on a remote island trying to get some healing time trying to repair my worn out body and randomly source controlled drugs ? After two phone calls the same result . I felt like I was being treated like an addict !! No solution given IE go without medication which you just can’t stop out of the blue . Does this mean disabled people can’t travel further than Europe?
