Horrible customer service and wasted time

I attempted to book a telephone appointment this morning from 8:30, only to be told at the end of a lengthy wait that no slots were available. After spending over two hours on the phone, what was the point? Why offer a booking service in the morning if you can't actually schedule appointments the same day? Their service is truly abysmal - even if you have a 9:30 appointment, you're left waiting for an hour. They clearly can't manage their scheduling, and seem completely indifferent to patients suffering and waiting in discomfort.
