Horrible customer service at medical reception desk

The reception personnel were hostile and confrontational. When I mentioned my condition was sensitive and personal, the staff member responded, "If you won't disclose details, the soonest appointment is in a month" and then suggested I go to the hospital if I was dissatisfied. Fortunately, her colleague was more helpful and secured me an appointment within two weeks without complications. The front desk staff at both medical centers demonstrate a consistently poor attitude. Their customer service is nonexistent, and as evident from other reviews, my negative experience is not an isolated incident. The staff's behavior is utterly unacceptable and unprofessional.
