Horrible customer service from terrible receptionists

The front desk staff display an appalling lack of professionalism and courtesy! This echoes numerous previous complaints. Ebony especially raises serious red flags about her competence to interact with patients from various backgrounds. Her communication skills are so poor that one questions her ability to properly evaluate patient requirements. It's deeply troubling that individuals with such questionable interpersonal skills are responsible for initial patient interactions. Absolutely unacceptable! They urgently need to improve their hiring standards and provide comprehensive staff training!
