Horrible customer service ruins healthcare experience

The front desk staff are extremely discourteous and condescending. Their demeanor makes callers feel unwelcome and unwanted. They should seriously consider alternative employment. While I acknowledge they might be experiencing workplace stress or challenging circumstances, this does not excuse their behavior. Patients who are making a professional inquiry deserve basic courtesy and respect. Despite maintaining a polite and considerate tone during my interactions, the receptionists consistently respond with an unprofessional, cold, and unsympathetic attitude.
