I'm experiencing excruciating discomfort And they've scheduled me for an appointment in almost a week As someone with a disability, this treatment is unacceptable Previously, I endured an 8-hour wait in the emergency room, only to be told I'm too complex for their care The front desk personnel have displayed an attitude of arrogance and detachment I was so distressed that I broke down in tears (and I'm a 23-year-old male)
