Absolutely appalling reception staff with zero professionalism. When I attempted to schedule an appointment, the staff member aggressively shouted over the phone, informing me of a three-week waiting period and rudely suggesting I contact 111 or visit A&E before abruptly hanging up. Upon calling back about COVID vaccinations, I was again met with hostile treatment, with staff claiming they've discontinued vaccinations due to previous clinic complaints, quickly deflecting blame to NHS England and terminating the call. My repeated requests to speak with a practice manager were futile, with promises of a return call that never materialized. This practice deserves to be shut down and have its contracts revoked. Their phone system is equally atrocious, with wait times exceeding 50 minutes for the POD service - another reason they should lose their contract. I've escalated this matter to my Member of Parliament, who is now investigating this disgraceful service.
