Horrible Phone Wait and Rude Receptionist

The receptionist at this establishment is arguably the most incompetent I've encountered. I needed an urgent appointment, and even though it was well beyond their standard operating hours, I was forced to wait on hold for over thirty minutes before anyone answered. Frustrated, I decided to visit in person, and when I voiced my complaint about the prolonged wait time, I was met with an incredibly dismissive and hostile retort: "We're swamped, what's your issue?" While I generally have respect for front desk personnel, this interaction was completely unacceptable. Additionally, the appointment process is complicated, requiring patients to first familiarize themselves with the available doctors and then attempt to schedule with their preferred physician, which isn't always possible at a convenient time.
