Horrible reception service that wastes patients time

Poor Communication and Customer Service. Their phone lines are constantly congested, and you're fortunate if they answer after waiting 30 minutes to an hour! Additionally, some staff members display a dismissive attitude towards patients, often appearing uninterested and forcing patients to raise their voices just to be acknowledged. Today was particularly frustrating - they couldn't even manage their basic appointment registration system. I've reached my limit and will definitely be filing a formal complaint about this unacceptable service.
