Horrible receptionist nightmare at medical practice

The reception staff here are absolutely abysmal. For two consecutive days, I've been attempting to schedule an appointment starting at 8 AM, and each time someone picks up the phone, they promise to call me back within 10 minutes to confirm the booking, but never do. When I follow up and explain my repeated attempts, they bizarrely claim I haven't tried to book anything and instruct me to call back at 1:30 PM, then immediately hang up. Upon calling at 1:30, they declare no appointments are available and suggest I should have called earlier - all while cutting me off mid-sentence. This ridiculous cycle has continued for 48 hours, with zero accountability from anyone. If my health weren't genuinely concerning, I wouldn't even be pursuing this appointment. It's infuriating that certain employees here are so unprofessional and completely indifferent to patient needs. Their lack of basic customer service is shocking and unacceptable.
