Horrible receptionists destroy patient's hope and dignity

The receptionists at this practice have repeatedly reduced me to tears during phone conversations, exacerbating my already fragile health and emotional state. Their callous, dismissive demeanor is utterly unacceptable. Their interactions with me have been consistently harsh, displaying a complete lack of empathy, kindness, or basic human decency. The level of rudeness they exhibit is shocking and unprofessional. I cannot comprehend how these employees continue to be employed given their abysmal conduct. It seems management is turning a blind eye to this serious issue, raising serious questions about accountability at the Stamford Hill Group Practice. Every time I need to contact this practice, I am filled with dread and anxiety. The thought of calling fills me with profound discomfort. No individual should be subjected to such degrading treatment. Moreover, I have frequently experienced interminable wait times, only to have the call abruptly terminated upon being answered. This pattern of systematic neglect suggests a widespread, systemic problem that leadership is deliberately ignoring or failing to address.
