Horrific phone ordeal exposes dangerous medical negligence

Utterly frustrated by the impossible phone access. Spent 360 futile attempts between 8pm and 8:40pm. Following day, made over 60 calls just to secure an appointment. Patient diagnosed with sepsis, yet only advised to repeat blood tests in a week - completely inappropriate sepsis management! The medical practice's standards have dramatically deteriorated.
