Hostile healthcare staff ruin patient experience

The service is abysmal, with staff displaying hostility that creates an unwelcoming environment for patients. If these employees are unhappy in their roles, they should seek alternative employment instead of subjecting patients to their unpleasant demeanor, especially when patients are being courteous. The call system is fundamentally flawed, as waiting first in line for 10 minutes is illogical and frustrating. I strongly recommend that patients begin documenting their interactions with receptionists, and if necessary, doctors and nurses, to provide concrete evidence when reporting these issues to authorities higher up than the general practitioner.
