Hung up twice after long waits

I contacted their phone service on two separate occasions, both experiences equally frustrating. The first call involved a 25-minute wait, only to be told by a representative to hold, and then abruptly disconnected. During the second attempt, after another 20-minute wait, I distinctly heard the sound of someone hanging up the phone. This occurred despite my clear explanation of urgently needing to schedule an appointment. If this is how they handle customer interactions, what exactly are my tax dollars funding? Their receptionist service is not just incompetent, but borders on being unacceptable and potentially unlawful.
