Ignored at the Surgery Counter

Recently joined this surgery but decided to leave after just two months! Only one Receptionist and Nurse were pleasant, though I barely interacted with them and don't know their names. The other staff seem more focused on maintaining a long queue while chatting and laughing with current patients! I couldn't access the screen system, so I joined the queue. After 15 minutes waiting, I was deemed late and couldn't get my blood work done - absolutely unacceptable! I even approached the small pharmacy counter for five minutes hoping to get someone's attention, but staff deliberately ignored me and when I finally interrupted, they coldly stated "this side isn't open, go back to the queue." Dr Anderson was equally unhelpful. I'm struggling with mental health and significant weight loss, and it was challenging to discuss my issues when she appeared disinterested and more preoccupied with what looked like a mince pie. I understand healthcare work is demanding - I've worked in the sector myself - but I always prioritized patient care above personal comfort. Her appointment was 20 minutes late, yet patients like myself would be turned away for similar delays. They clearly need more staff or should stop accepting new patients!
