Impossible to Book a Simple Appointment

I've been attempting to secure an appointment since Monday, and it's now Thursday. Consistently, I'm met with the same dismissive response: "Sorry, call back tomorrow at 8:30" - despite the fact that I'm essentially pre-booking and wasting an hour each time, only to be told no slots are available. It's absolutely ridiculous, especially considering that 111 has sent a report emphasizing my need to be seen. Yet, I'm still receiving the identical unhelpful answer.
