Impossible to Book an Appointment

I've been struggling to make contact with them for three consecutive weeks without success. Completely ineffective. Their phone system is a barrier, constantly claiming all appointments are fully booked, yet providing no mechanism to schedule future slots. Anyone considering using their services should steer clear. In contrast, their competitors (like the green company) offer a much smoother experience.
