I've been a patient at this medical practice for almost two years, and I've only managed to secure around 5 appointments - not because I've needed so few, but due to the incredible difficulty in actually booking them. Their appointment scheduling process is absurd: you must either be physically present at 8am or call precisely at 8:30am. About 90% of the time, it's impossible to get through on the phone, and when you finally do connect, you're informed that no appointments are available for an entire week. On one occasion, I spent 20 minutes on hold, draining all my phone credit. I had to disconnect to top up, and when I eventually got through at 9:30 (an hour and a half after my initial call), I was told no appointments were available that day and I couldn't even pre-book for later in the week. Instead, I would need to repeat this entire frustrating process the following day. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when you're feeling unwell. My partner, who uses the same practice, visited with a wrist injury and was dismissively advised to create a makeshift sling from a bed sheet and essentially "hope for the best" - a shockingly inadequate response. In my view, this is the most incompetent medical practice I've ever encountered. I absolutely cannot recommend this surgery to anyone.
