Impossible to book an appointment here

It is frustrating to attempt booking an appointment at this practice, as there appears to be no call queuing system in place. The telephone line is frequently engaged, making it difficult to get through, and online booking options are also unavailable. Other practices in the area have implemented queue systems that seem to reduce the inconvenience of repeated unsuccessful calling attempts. It feels disappointing to struggle with the appointment booking process when regular contributions are made to the NHS.
