Impossible to book an appointment here

I have been attempting to secure an appointment for the past week without success, as I am repeatedly informed that no slots are currently available and advance booking is not possible. I have been advised to keep attempting daily. This approach is impractical for someone who is employed, as it requires constant phone availability. On Monday alone, I spent three hours trying to reach the practice, despite calling from early morning. I find the appointment system to be problematic and have decided to transfer my family to a different practice, as I am unable to assess the quality of care when I am unable to access appointments in the first place. I would rate this experience as low as possible.
