Impossible to book appointments after the merger

Had been registered with this practice since 1985, and it was reasonably satisfactory. Following the merger with another location, the experience deteriorated significantly. Obtaining an appointment became increasingly frustrating, with lengthy waits on the telephone only to be informed that all slots for that day and the next were unavailable. The only viable option was to attend in person at opening time. Some of the clinical staff could be dismissive, and there were instances where interactions felt discourteous. This prompted the decision to register elsewhere, which proved to be a positive change. The new practice provides prompt responses and offers either telephone consultations or same-day face-to-face appointments.
