Impossible to book appointments, rude reception staff

I made the difficult decision to leave this practice after many years as a patient. The overall service quality declined noticeably over time, making it increasingly challenging to secure appointments, whether for immediate needs or future dates. The reception team's manner could sometimes feel dismissive and condescending. Following several formal complaints, I was eventually offered a telephone consultation within a three-hour window, which required me to set aside that entire period away from my work. As a self-employed person, this represented a genuine financial loss. However, the appointment call came earlier than the stated timeframe. Additionally, clinical communication often occurs solely through text message or email, with no opportunity to ask follow-up questions or provide responses.
