Impossible to book during morning queue

I'm utterly frustrated by this surgery's absurd appointment booking process. They insist on phone availability only between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. I diligently called before 9:00, waited patiently in the queue for around 15 minutes, starting at 7th in line. After finally reaching the front, I was met with endless ringing and no appointment, then instructed to repeat the entire process the next day! This is incredibly challenging when you're already feeling unwell and emotionally drained by your symptoms. The only suggested options were to physically come in during the 8-9:00 a.m. window, which is impossible for me due to school drop-offs, or use the econsult - which I'd already confirmed was completely full. While the staff have always been excellent when I've managed to access their services, securing a doctor's appointment has become nearly impossible. I'm deeply concerned this system is preventing people from receiving timely medical care, potentially leading to more serious health complications. It's truly disheartening! 🥹
