Impossible to get an appointment

Securing an appointment here seems utterly impossible, and it appears nobody truly cares about patient retention. I completed a blood test nearly a month ago and have been struggling just to obtain my results. I've been instructed to book a phone consultation, not an in-person meeting. Upon checking their website, the earliest available slot is mid-October, while we're only at September's beginning. When I contacted the GP and inquired about an earlier appointment, the initial response was dismissive. The first representative told me to call back Monday, and when I did, an aggressive staff member immediately and emphatically declared "NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE" without even hearing my request. I'm astounded by the unreasonable wait time for a simple phone consultation regarding test results. Compared to other GP practices where patients can typically secure same-week appointments, Essex Lodge seems incredibly unaccommodating. The wait is so prolonged that I sarcastically suggest even prisoners would receive more timely medical attention. This experience is completely unacceptable.
