Impossible to get appointments despite calling at nine

The service provided has been deeply disappointing. The appointment system requires calling at 9am, yet regardless of when you attempt to book—whether at 9am or earlier—you consistently receive the response that no further appointments are available and you must try again the following day. This cycle has repeated numerous times, and I have kept track of how many consecutive days this has occurred. This ongoing difficulty has forced me to rely heavily on alternative services such as 111 and accident and emergency departments. After experiencing this situation repeatedly over four consecutive days, I felt compelled to initiate a formal complaint. I have ultimately decided to leave the practice after approximately 15 years of being a patient there. Beyond the appointment access issues, I have found the manner in which consultations are conducted to be unacceptable. During my most recent visit, when I expressed dissatisfaction with the standard advice being offered, the response included a suggestion about private healthcare and comments regarding waiting lists that I found to be dismissive and unhelpful.
