Impossible to Get Help from NHS Appointments

After attempting to schedule an appointment at least 6 times, I've discovered a system that's completely impersonal. Instead of speaking with an actual human, patients are now subjected to an online form that staff members carelessly scan, arbitrarily deciding one's medical worthiness with quick accept or reject clicks. It's unbelievable that in a developed nation like ours, such a dehumanizing process exists. The requirement to submit a form within a specific timeframe and then endure a 48-hour waiting period for a decision is utterly unacceptable. This approach is not just inefficient—it's potentially life-threatening. The NHS and current government have created a healthcare system that feels more like a bureaucratic nightmare than a service designed to help people. I am absolutely frustrated and disgusted by this entire situation.
