Impossible to reach a doctor at 8am

Absolutely dreadful service that defies belief. Attempting to connect with a physician is like hitting a brick wall. For an entire month, I've dialed precisely at 8 AM, only to encounter endless roadblocks: a prescription nurse, no doctor in sight, zero appointment slots, or a perpetually busy phone line. How is it possible that at the precise moment of opening, you're incapable of handling a patient's call? If your practice cannot provide basic communication and patient care, you might as well shut down operations entirely.
