Impossible to reach by phone for appointments

This practice has been disappointing. I waited several months for a referral letter, and when I followed up by phone, I was informed it had not been processed. There are ongoing difficulties with the appointment booking system. I'm regularly advised to call at 8am, but I consistently struggle to get through. I've experienced numerous failed attempts to reach reception by phone. If you're seeking medical care but are prepared for a frustrating and disappointing experience, this practice may not meet your expectations.
