Impossible to reach by phone for appointments

Accessing appointments at this medical centre has proven extremely challenging. Over a two-week period, I attempted to contact them daily during their opening hours, only to find the phone line consistently busy. When I finally did reach someone, I was informed that available slots had already been allocated. This experience was deeply frustrating. It appears the practice may be struggling with their telephone system or call handling procedures. I believe the entire team should review their appointment booking processes, as the current service falls significantly short of acceptable standards.
