Impossible to reach by phone or online

The telephone lines are frequently engaged, and when they do become available, calls go unanswered for extended periods. It is difficult to reach anyone or arrange an appointment through this method. The online booking system for the practice is also inadequate. This issue predates recent circumstances and appears to have deteriorated over time.
