Impossible to reach by phone, unhelpful online

I have experienced significant difficulties contacting this practice by telephone. On one occasion, I made numerous attempts to reach them throughout the day without success. The practice appears to have persistent issues with phone accessibility, making it extremely challenging to get through to anyone. I have found it very difficult to obtain appointments, even during periods when I have been unwell or in discomfort. When I eventually managed to communicate with the practice through their online system, the response time was considerably longer than I would have expected. The interaction felt dismissive rather than supportive. Following a remote consultation, I felt that my concern was not properly addressed, and my symptoms were not accurately assessed. This resulted in continued discomfort and frustration on my part. Overall, I have found the service provided to be unsatisfactory and feel that the practice's responsiveness and clinical approach require significant improvement.
