Reaching this medical practice is incredibly challenging due to their unresponsive communication. Even when the NHS 111 service has scheduled a callback, they consistently fail to make contact. Patients frequently experience prolonged waiting times exceeding half an hour on hold. While I understand the current strain on healthcare services, this particular surgery appears indifferent to patient needs and shows no genuine effort to enhance their communication and accessibility.
