The updated electronic booking system is a significant upgrade (though you still need to be lightning-quick at 8am, or you'll miss out on the day's appointments). I'm now giving more stars due to this improvement. The medical staff remains excellent, and the male receptionist is simply fantastic! Getting an appointment here is an exercise in frustration. The doctors themselves are pleasant enough if you can actually see them, but the booking process is incredibly challenging. You must call precisely at 8am - not a second later - or you'll spend 30-40 minutes in a queue, only to be told no appointments are available. While their recorded message suggests calling at 8am is only for same-day appointments, in reality, it's the only way to schedule anything, including future visits or referrals. To make matters worse, their e-consult system is perpetually malfunctioning. It genuinely seems like they're designing the process to discourage patients from seeking medical care.
