My overall interactions with the Practice have been largely positive, with noticeable enhancements. Appointments: Getting a non-urgent appointment has become quicker. However, the booking process involves a somewhat tedious online form followed by waiting for the Practice to confirm a date and time, presumably for triage purposes. After receiving a pharmacist's recommendation to see a GP, having to complete this online form feels inefficient. I genuinely miss the previous direct booking methods like phone or in-person scheduling. Reception: The reception staff consistently demonstrate politeness and helpfulness, both on the phone and in person. A special acknowledgment goes to Magda! Waiting Room: Wait times to see the GP have significantly reduced. During recent visits, I've rarely waited more than 10 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time, which is excellent. GP Consultation: Dr Forgan displays an outstanding bedside manner - she listens attentively and incorporates my concerns when developing my treatment plan. This approach is deeply reassuring and motivates me to be more proactive in managing my health. Supplementary Services The Practice offers numerous additional services aimed at promoting overall health and wellness, which can be valuable for supporting lifestyle modifications. Unfortunately, many of these services remain relatively unknown. It would be beneficial if they were given more visibility and promotion.
