Improved service and helpful staff at st james

Several years ago, I posted a critical review. However, subsequent visits have significantly improved my perception, especially today with Saima's exceptional care. She recommended a physiotherapy app to help manage my nerve pain on 14.4.25. Despite my appreciation, communication challenges have been frustrating. Attempting to contact St James repeatedly on Tuesday and Wednesday, I found the lines constantly busy. On Thursday, calling 111 yielded no response after an hour. Friday's 111 call at 8 am required a 40-minute wait before connecting. They promised a callback within 6 hours, which arrived after 5 hours, directing me to an SMS sent at 11 am. I was moments away from visiting a walk-in center. St James requested a patient and staff protection photo. After sending the image, I was told it was corrupted and was asked to resend. Feeling discouraged, I declined their request. The entire experience has been exhaustingly difficult to navigate.
