Over the years, their service has been inconsistent, but they've improved significantly recently. The online booking system is a game-changer - no more endless phone calls or frustrating attempts to secure an appointment. Previously, you'd spend ages on hold, only to be told to try again the next day. The reception staff used to be hit-and-miss, with some less-than-friendly interactions. However, they've brought in some new team members who are much more professional. Rafia, in particular, stands out - she's exceptional. When I had an issue, she resolved it quickly, was incredibly pleasant, and even apologized for a colleague's earlier mistake. Her considerate approach and work ethic are commendable. While some doctors can come across as aloof, my overall experience has been positive. Most are approachable and competent. The Asian nurse performing ECGs (whose name I unfortunately don't know) is fantastic, as is Doctor Sahota. All things considered, I'm quite satisfied with their service. There's still room for enhancement, but they've made significant strides and are notably better than both their previous standard and many other medical practices.
