g.p. arranged nurse to visit on 21 st october 22026 they cancelled, then they arranged nurse to visit on 28 th october 2026 they cancelled again then they arranged 30 th october 2026 between 10 am to 2 pm nurse did not turn up. i have abnormal heart and problems with my kidney function and abnormal heart, liver damaged, lung injury respiratory distress, severe p.t.s.d. significant cognitive impairment, traumatic brain injury, severe rigidity in both arms, fracture on t 9 thoracic spine, T 5 Arachnoid web with compression on spinal cord when leaning body forward. i am housebound, i have asthama, i am waiting for a nose operation i cannot breathe out of my nose, i have visual disturbance, i am deaf in left ear and hard of hearing in right ear 70 percent loss of earing. loss of smell and taste. i am being treated badly by g.p. and stafff since i changed my name to a jewish surname. three times they cancelled on me, my heart liver and lungs and kidneys are damaged, i am entitled to a flu jab on nhs but g.p. has failed to send out a nurse cancelled 3 times. i am housebound not been out for 8 years. i have memory loss moderate to severe traumatic brain injury.
