Incompetent admin destroys travel medication plans

Absolutely appalling administrative service. I submitted a prescription request last week, clearly specifying the items needed, delivery location, and quantity for three months (as I'm traveling and my doctor approved a 3-month supply). Upon visiting the pharmacy, I discovered they hadn't received the prescription. After contacting the surgery, I learned they'd only sent one month to the incorrect pharmacy. The receptionist advised me to submit another request for the remaining two months and promised to resend the original to the correct pharmacy. When I followed up three days later, the issue remained unresolved. They claimed they would complete it by that afternoon. With my departure from the UK imminent, I'm now forced to anxiously hope they'll follow through, requiring me to collect the prescription just before leaving. The entire situation is completely unacceptable.
