Incompetent admin team fails patient's medical needs

I was mistakenly removed from the GP's patient list by their administrative staff, confusing me with another individual. Despite my frequent weekly calls to resolve the issue and my urgent need for a prescription refill, I remain unregistered after six long weeks. The practice appears completely indifferent to the fact that I rely on sertraline and cannot obtain my essential medication. They have been utterly unhelpful, providing no guidance or alternative solutions for accessing my prescription. This represents an appalling breach of their professional responsibility and basic patient care.
