Incompetent and Negligent

In June 2025, even with extreme back pain the receptionists refused to give me an appointment. 111 got me help. I had 10 minutes with a GP who said I had sciatica and prescribed Gabapentin and paracetamol and a visit to the internal physio. An appointment with a spine specialist was to be booked within weeks.. The physio confirmed sciatica and gave me images of exercises. The pain increased and I visited a Chiropractor and followed online advice to use TENS and other vibration techniques. It is impossible to get through on the phone but 10 months later I discovered they had forgotten to book the specialist. In June I saw a specialist who said I did not have sciatica and had to stop exercises as I had osteoarthritis and needed a new hip assuming the GP would cooperate. 111 said I needed a review of my medication but the admin staff refused to give me a medicine review appointment. months of unnecessary pain and the admin staff still would not help. Good reviews of Park Surgery are scarce.
