Incompetent doctors failing diabetic patients miserably

I'm utterly frustrated with this medical practice and their incompetent personnel. As a diabetic patient, I'm constantly forced to visit the emergency department for basic treatments like antibiotics because securing a timely appointment is nearly impossible. Their electronic consultation service is completely useless. Despite their promises on the website and during phone calls to respond within the next working day, I've been waiting over a week with zero communication. I've permanently stopped attending their diabetic consultations after a deeply concerning incident where the diabetes nurse didn't even recognize my insulin pump. I was absolutely stunned by their profound lack of professional knowledge. When I reported this to my hospital team, they were equally horrified and advised me to discontinue treatment here, even sending a formal letter confirming my withdrawal - which I'm certain they've likely misplaced, just like every other external document. This medical practice is an absolute embarrassment. I strongly recommend patients seek alternative healthcare providers who might actually demonstrate some genuine concern for patient wellbeing.
