Incompetent gp failed to send my prescription

Absolutely terrible service! I reached out to my general practitioner on two separate occasions in May, requesting them to forward my prescription to the pharmacy. Each time, they assured me with complete confidence that they had done so. When I went to collect my medication in June, the pharmacist informed me that no email had been received. Upon contacting the GP again, I was met with nothing more than an apology. They acknowledged their error and confirmed through their system that no pharmacy communication had occurred! They promised to contact the pharmacy once more, but when I checked with the pharmacy directly, there was still no trace of my prescription! This general practitioner's performance is utterly unacceptable! ! !
