Incompetent GP practice: A shocking experience

Bewilderment engulfs me as I reflect on our recent visit to Cranberra GP. The experience left me questioning whether to laugh or weep. My spouse and I endured an hour-long wait despite having a scheduled appointment, while another unfortunate soul languished for 90 minutes. Such delays were unprecedented in my encounters with general practitioners. The situation deteriorated further when we encountered a locum physician, whose consultations stretched beyond half an hour per patient. This protracted duration aroused our suspicions about her qualifications. When our turn arrived, my wife's symptom description prompted the doctor to resort to Google searches, both for diagnosis and medication recommendations. This unorthodox approach left us doubting the authenticity of her medical expertise. Our local pharmacist's revelation compounded our concerns. He divulged that Cranberra has garnered a notorious reputation, with an alarming frequency of complaints from disgruntled patients. The practice's incompetence was further exemplified by a frustrated individual who had to make six separate visits due to the doctor's failure to sign a vaccination form. The practice's shortcomings extend beyond administrative ineptitude, permeating the medical staff's professionalism. This disheartening experience has obliterated our faith in Cranberra GP, compelling us to seek alternative healthcare providers post-haste.
