Incompetent gp practice endangers premature baby's health

My extremely premature baby, who spent 4 months in hospital, requires daily medication, and this GP practice manages his prescriptions. Reordering his medication is consistently a nightmare. I meticulously followed GP guidelines when emailing my request, yet they completely ignored it. After consulting the pharmacy, who confirmed they hadn't received any prescription, I wasted 1.5 hours trying to reach GP reception. They claimed they never received my request, despite my having clear email evidence. This isn't an isolated incident - they frequently ignore prescription requests or arbitrarily prescribe only 2 out of 3 medications without explanation. I'm bewildered why I must dedicate 2 hours biweekly on the phone with this practice due to their incompetence. Their unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially considering my child's critical medical needs. Because of their negligence, I'm forced to spend endless hours ensuring his medications are properly arranged. Why are my detailed medication requests being disregarded? Why do they only prescribe 2 of 3 requested items? Why are they providing such short medication supplies when these are essential daily treatments? These specialized medications require days to be delivered, and their incompetence risks leaving my medically vulnerable child without crucial treatment and me emotionally exhausted. Despite having a child with special medical requirements, I'm repeatedly forced to battle their systematic failures month after month. This has happened numerous times, and it's completely unacceptable.
