Incompetent gp practice leaves patient frustrated and desperate

I endured a 40-minute wait on Friday to consult a GP, only to be informed that the doctor no longer works at the practice. They declined my prescription request, claiming hospital approval was needed, despite the hospital having originally referred me back to the GP with instructions to continue my repeat prescription. It's completely ridiculous! When I attempted to secure an emergency appointment, I was curtly told none were available without even checking. Now I'm forced to waste time in the A&E department just to obtain my essential medication.
