Incompetent healthcare leaving patient in complete despair

I've just attempted to obtain my recurring HRT prescription and been informed I must self-monitor my weight and blood pressure before it can be dispensed. The primary concern is that I could easily fabricate these measurements. Moreover, these checks weren't originally performed when the medication was first prescribed. When I raised this with reception, they acknowledged I could falsify the data but warned I'd be risking my health. Actually, what's truly endangering my health is the doctors' sheer incompetence. My iron levels have been critically low for years due to this surgery's negligence. Despite having an oral iron intolerance, instead of recommending an iron infusion, they've insisted I continue taking oral supplements. In September, I was absent from work for weeks because the iron was making me extremely unwell. When my levels reached a mere 30, Dr Kemp claimed this was "reassuringly normal" - a statement I vehemently disputed. These iron supplements cause constipation, which exacerbates my anal fissure, causing bleeding and blockages in my fistula. Seemingly, they're unconcerned about potential sepsis risks! I'm now at a critical juncture, contemplating resignation before potential dismissal due to poor attendance. The practice manager's response was a perfunctory apology without any meaningful action. I've endured years of hormonal fluctuations, even breaking down in tears before Dr Evans, who displayed remarkable indifference. HRT was only prescribed after an exhaustive battle and referral to Oldham hospital's gynaecology department. Ironically, the gynaecologist immediately identified my Adenomyosis - something this surgery consistently overlooked. Furthermore, I've been managing a fistula since 2018, left entirely to my own devices after Dr Sharma's initial mishandling. Thanks, Woodlands, you have significant explaining to do!
