Incompetent healthcare service with terrible customer care

Visited the surgery to register and was handed application forms that were noticeably incomplete. Informed the receptionist, who photocopied the missing pages and admitted other potential patients had received the same faulty forms. After not receiving an email or call within the promised two-week timeframe, I followed up and was told to wait longer. By the third week, needing a repeat prescription and consultation, I called again only to be informed that due to my postcode, registration was impossible and I must seek care elsewhere. The receptionist was hostile and uncooperative, refusing to provide contact details for the practice manager. I composed a complaint on-site and submitted it, witnessing the receptionist and supposed 'manager' whispering and laughing upon receiving it. Five weeks have now passed with no communication. This experience was an absolute exercise in futility. As a nurse with four decades of experience, I can confidently state that this service was deplorable. Such individuals are fundamentally unsuited to healthcare service delivery, demonstrating a complete lack of compassion and professional competence.
